Technology Forum Success

The Sheetfed Technology Forum hosted in Offenbach June 2005 aimed to convey numerous possibilities found in ‘Value Added Printing’ was branded a huge success. Customers were invited to Offenbach Germany to attend the customer-focused exhibition to explore our Sheetfed presses and attend proactive presentations.

The forum addressed the present economic situation in the printing industry, which is currently challenging printing companies. Customers were able to examine their business models and strategic alignment. Some of them are electing to consolidate and safeguard what they have, often reducing their portfolio of products and services at the same time. Others are electing to set themselves apart from the competition as regards to products and services as well as technical and business processes.

The live production demonstrations at the forum illustrated the great extent of adding value in terms of quality, productivity and profitability, for printing companies of all sizes.

MAN Roland customers who attended the forum experienced the global view of an internationally active printing press manufacturer and obtained detailed information on technology, applications and potential benefits through presentations, demonstrations and one-to-one discussions with our specialists. Combined with a pleasant atmosphere and seasonal delicacies, the Sheetfed Forum was a triumph.
