The basic plus programme provides you with a detailed analysis of the current condition of your printing machine(s) and OEMs (the equipment supplied by other equipment manufacturers). For the protection of the operators, the safety devices in the machine will also be checked during the inspection.

The settings on your printing machine will always be correctly adjusted to the correct factory recommended settings and will be ready to meet new requirements.

Annual Expenditure

This will vary upon machine type and annual impression count, please disucss with MRGB.

Safety Check

In order to protect the operators the safety devices in the machine will also be checked.

Technical Availability

This gives you the ability to call out our technical team or speak to them via normal communication systems. The hours of operation are 0700 Monday - 1900 Friday.

The modules

Inspection

Once a year the current condition of the printing machine and OEMs will be determined by our skilled personnel.

The examination will be done by means of machine specific inspection lists.

After the inspection you will receive a detailed report about the condition of your machine and our recommendations for immediate and preventative measures.

Machine Adjustments

Service technicians check the mechanical and electrical basic machine settings. The extent of this measure will be individually assessed to the requirements of the machine applications.

Maintenance Programme

Every 10 million impressions or annually a trained service technician will attend to carry out the required maintenance procedures.

Electronic Tools

MAN Roland is proud to present a set of electronic tools that help us respond quicker to the needs of the customer.

This product gives us the ability to remotely access the status of your MAN Roland equipment.

The Benefits

Detailed information about the technicial condition of the machine, which will form the basis for the repair work measures.

Professional recommendations for the machine to improve its productivity.

Machine safety check

Regular checking of the basic settings guarantees optimal printing quality.

Maintenance

The manufacturers recommendations for maintenance are adhered to so reducing the change of costly repair bills.

Remote Diagnostics

The ability to assess and where possible repair the machine by remote resources. This will reduce down time and provide a useful front line support

24 Hour Support

When necessary, use of the Extended Service Hotline/Out of Hour's service will help to bring the machine back into production at the earliest possible opportunity.
