Exchange parts
Following a breakdown it can sometimes appear attractive to repair a part rather than fit a replacement unit. But frequently, this turns out to be false economy and expensive downtime can be the result. Exchange parts provide a cost effective option in some instances. MAN Roland GB offers an exchange service for certain parts.
Repair service
MAN Roland GB workshops have-the expertise and specialist equipment needed to carry out the repairs listed above. Repair times vary according to the item concerned but, as an example, gripper wagons and compressors are normally turned round in less than two weeks. Repairs carried out by MAN Roland GB technicians are guaranteed for six months.
Hire service
Designed to complement our Field Service, the MAN Roland GB Hire Service provides the means to ensure that productivity is sustained. Should our technician determine that a defective item is repairable and that we carry a replacement in our hire stock, he can arrange for the installation of a replacement unit on a rental basis while your part is being repaired in our workshops.
