Naturally, customers require their machinery to maintain these high standards. MAN Roland GB has therefore developed a range of planned services to assist you to meet these objectives.

Preventative maintenance Service & Health Check
For those customers requiring a regular comprehensive service, that includes the checking of over 1 00 points, at planned intervals, the Preventative Maintenance and Safety Check offers all the features of (2) and (3) below, plus:-

• One major service including all consumable items each year, e.g. hydraulic oil, carbon brushes, lamps and drive belts.
• One, two and three interim services per year, depending on guillotine usage with a follow up report.
• Safety checks.
• Performance testing and corrective realignment.

Annual service
On an agreed date, we will provide a full service in line with the manufacturer's recommendations. This service will be followed up with a written report on the condition of the guillotine and any corrective action we would recommend.

Knife and clamp performance report
For those who undertake their own service and wish to confirm that their guillotines comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety Commission's booklet, "The Guide to safe Use of Power Operated Paper-Cutting Guillotines", we will measure and issue a report on the knife stopping performance an clamp pressure.

Health & Safety report (MAN Roland GB Bulletin No. 15)
For those users of earlier generation guillotines, wishing to ensure their machine(s) comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety Commission's booklet' "The Guide to safe Use of Power Operated Paper-Cutting Guillotines", we will undertake an assessment against the requirements of the booklet and provide a written report.
