ECO.
The new VULCAN ECO is ideally suited for a vast range
of applications in the sheet-fed printing, especially in environments
where the conditions are tough and consumption is high.

Print quality is the central concept to all VULCAN blankets.
Over 80 years experience in making the world's finest offset
printing blankets have been put to use in developing this
latest addition to the VULCAN family, the VULCAN ECO.
The new generation rubber compounds and manufacturing
techniques, backed by rigid quality control, guarantee excellent
print quality in both screens and solids. VULCAN ECO has a
precision controlled, ground surface which increases the paper
release factor. Reeves' microbuffing technology enables the
surface roughness to be determined with high accuracy.
The roughness average (RA) degree of VULCAN ECO is 0,8 ¸
1,2 MICRONS. This surface profile helps to create an high ink
transfer rate giving a fuller lay down of ink in the solid areas.
