The ROLAND 900’s success is represented with over 2,000 printing units installed worldwide. It is particularly suitable for the efficient production of books, catalogues and magazines as it offers high quality, efficient sheetfed offset printing in the large-format categories of 5 & 6, and combines an InlineSheeter and InlineSlitter.
As an all round system for paper and carton right through to corrugated board, it can process substrates from 0.04 to 1.0mm thick (with the option to go to 1.2mm) at a maximum speed of 14,000 sheets per hour. With a power plate loading system that requires less than a minute per unit to load/clamp plates, and improved sheet control allowing for smoother travel through the suction wheels, higher productivity is a given with the ROLAND 900.
